I am a certified birth and postpartum doula utilizing many kinds of support for labor and postpartum, making room for emotional expression of all kinds, educating so you can give informed consent during and after your birth, and meeting you where you are at. I do this by offering private birth and newborn care lessons and birth & postpartum doula services.

Inclusive Care:
I am constantly striving to make my business feminist, anti-racist, anti-homophobic, and anti-transphobic. I am committed to serving clients of all races, colors, religions, genders, sexual orientations, ages, abilities and relationship structures.

**Travel Fee: postpartum hourly rate applied to any travel time over 45 minutes from South Asheville (for prenatal and postpartum visits)

Birth & Postpartum services available.
Birth Doula Package

Two prenatal visits, birth attendance, & one postpartum visit.

Birthing person, partner(s) and I will create a set of birth preferences (sometimes called a "Birth Plan"), review the stages of labor, and practice coping techniques.

On call from 38 weeks

Access to my resource network (including massage therapists, lactation consultants etc.)

Support via email, text, and phone.

Postpartum Doula Services

4 hour daytime or 8 hour nighttime visits (packages and a la carte hours available)

Help at home including: baby care, cooking, light housework, errands, breastfeeding tips, and answering questions
