How much do your services cost?$1200 for the birth doula package. Packages available for postpartum care. No cost for bereavement clients.
-
Where are you located?I am located in the Candler near Asheville, North Carolina. For birthing clients, I need to be able to get to your location with one hour of your first call, so my geographic range is limited. For postpartum clients, I am willing to travel up to 30 mins to your house. Additional travel time includes a fee for each visit. For bereavement clients, I am willing to travel up to an hour to get to you. For more information, contact me directly: doulawildflower@gmail.com
-
Do you catch babies? No, doulas are not clinically trained and therefore do NOT perform any clinical duties. Instead, doulas work alongside midwives and obstetricians to provide the best care possible for birth.
-
What if I cannot afford your full price?Contact me anyway. I have some availability to accomodate sliding scale clients. Queer, trans, and clients of color have priority for sliding scale accomodations.
-
How can I help support your sliding scale clients?Click here to donate! Money goes directly to providing services for those with lower incomes and marginalized folks.

I've already had a baby, should I still hire a doula?Just as every baby is different, every birth is different. Maybe this is your second, or maybe it's your fourth. Doulas can help by providing care for you and your family throughout the process, even if it feels like a walk in the park. Additionally, there is always the chance that new challenges for you or your family will come with this birth. Doulas can help with that too!
