I am a certified birth and postpartum doula utilizing natural support for labor, making room for emotional and spiritual expression of all kinds, and meeting you where you are at. I do this by offering private birth, feeding, and newborn care lessons, and full spectrum doula services, with a focus on overnight care.

What I offer
Birth, Postpartum & Bereavement services available.
Birth Doula Package

Two prenatal visits, birth attendance, & one postpartum visit.

Birthing person, partner(s) and I will create a set of birth preferences (sometimes called a "Birth Plan"), review the stages of labor, and practice coping techniques.

On call from 37 weeks

Access to my resource network (including chiropractors, massage therapists, lactation consultants etc.)

Access to my lending library.

Support via email, text, and phone.

Postpartum Doula Services

4-10 hour shifts (packages and ala carte hours available)

Help at home including: baby care, cooking, light housework, errands, breastfeeding support, and answering questions
